At The Derma Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product isn't right for your skin, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unused or gently used products back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our dermatological team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
